Mid. Product Engineer (Talent Pool)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Medior Product Manager to join our client's team in Jakarta. As a Medior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our client's products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product strategies, gather requirements, and ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and strategy based on market research, customer needs, and business goals.
• Monitor and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and create a product roadmap.
• Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Support product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales teams.
• Define user stories, create product specifications, and work closely with the engineering team to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the product team.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay informed about industry trends.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably at a medior level with ample exposure to leadership roles.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Must be able to work on-site in Jakarta.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data analysis and user research techniques.
• Knowledge of product management tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
