MARKETING & KOL MANAGER
Position: Senior
Location: Surabaya

Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage marketing and PR campaigns, including product launches and brand promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
- Supporting the team in developing and setting the strategy and execution of the short-term influenceracross all social media platforms (Twitter, IG, Tiktok, Youtube, & Facebook)
- Coordinate with sales and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing campaign and KOL strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
- Managing ongoing reporting processes to give visibility to content, ROI, social metrics & other KPIS for KOL management.
- Monitor and analyze the success of marketing and KOL initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling marketing materials and content.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Qualities:
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and PR, preferably in the apparel industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, PR tactics, and social media platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing and PR campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a strong sense of curiosity.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Preferred Qualities:
• Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of the athletic apparel market and consumer trends.
• Connections in the fitness, wellness, and culture industries.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Increase in brand awareness and positive brand perception.
• Growth in social media following and engagement.
• Successful implementation of marketing and KOL campaigns.
