Management Trainee Program Jobs

Position Summary

We are currently looking for a management trainee that is willing to join hand-in-hand in making the company globally recognized by providing construction, window and fascades and other building material at a global scale.

Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers or higher - based on their departmental interest.

Qualification

• Understand and have experience in implementing ISO 9001:2015 (+)
• Work Experience: No specific requirements
• Education Level: Minimal Bachelors Degree in any degree
• Willing to experience start-up mentality work
• Understand the basics of Toyota Production Manufacturing (+)

What to Expect?

You will be given a two weeks training under the supervision of our Operations Manager, in that span of time, you will be given projects and taskforce with the intention of improving our culture/work system/employee quality and many more.

Do expect to have a "start-up like" work wherein you have to learn everything yourself with no structured learning. You will be rotated across current employee to gain insight from them and start strategically planning initiatives to be implemented.
