Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Follow sales order to prepare goods stated for shipment.
  • Responsible for all routine vehicle maintenance of the delivery truck, van, and motorcycle.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, develop, and implement effectiveness for each process in logistic departement.
  • Reporting logistic activity and suggesting improvements to management.
Qualifications
  • Required Skill(s): Logistic & Warehouse/Inventory Management, Mandarin Language (MUST)
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
  • Good interpersonal skill, proactive, creative thinking, self driven, good sense of teamwork, strong organization and coordination skills.
  • Strong leadership and able to work in dynamic & fast-paced work situations.
  • Have experience in shipping/shipyard company as Logistic role is an added plus.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain/related field at least 1 years experience.
Placement: Puri Indah Financial Tower, Jakarta Barat
Working Hour: Senin- Jumat 08:00-17:00
