Who are we looking for?


We are looking for a Leader, Interfaces (SAO, Gov, etc.) who will ensure that the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of the project is successfully completed in alignment with all internal & external stakeholders. Lead and direct the effective and efficient management of project focusing on engaging and aligning with external stakholders in goverment entities and regulators and applying applicable Procedures, the Best Practices, and standards ensure suitability and cost effective solutions. Assure that all applicable local, national, and international general, engineering, technical, safety, and environmental standards are implemented to project. Guide project team leads and engineers in their personal development to the high competency.


Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in the petrochemicals or in an industrial environment
  • Interpersonal skills
  • University degree in Engineering, desirable if the incumbent has post-graduation in Engineering, Construction Management or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience in interface managment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Sound quantitative and analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable with policies, procedures and best practices in the areas of E&P
  • 8 years of project management experience
  • Strong in Project Management skills and has ability to manage complex project environment
  • Deep knowledge of various kinds of project disciplines and expertise in project management.
  • Ability to translate technical and Project Management skills into business profits
  • Have knowledge about various standards
  • Strong negotiation skills


Duties and responsibilities


  • Assure that Safety is always the first and the most important aspect of the project.
  • Assure that Project Management team implements the highest Safety standards to all aspects of the project through HSE progressive updates implementing

  • Assure that Construction Management implements the highest Safety standards into the Site specific program to create a safe workplace – all accidents are

  • Develop and refine the strategy for stakholders engagement to support projects progress in compliance with applicable regulations and key stakholders expectations.
  • Ensure that a plan is developed which addresses the challenges and issues of the first in kind project as the biggest complex designed and built in a single phase ever on the globe.

  • Interviews stage


2.1 LHR Americas preliminary phone/video interview: A member of the Talent Acquisition team from LHR Americas will first schedule a call with you to discuss the details of the position, your interests, and qualifications. Furthermore, your English level will be evaluated at this stage, ONLY native or advanced speakers will approve this evaluation.


If this preliminary phone/video interview is successful, your resume will be submitted to our client.


If your preliminary phone/video interview is not successful, our Talent Acquisition consultant will inform you.


2.2 Client Face to Face interview: This interview will happen only if your resume is approved by our client, we cannot guarantee the time our client will take to approve your resume, but it should take less than a week.


If your resume is approved a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will get back to you and schedule a face-to-face meeting in a defined location. You will be told to go to the location.


The client interview contains technical questions that help assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field and may include a behavioral evaluation. Be prepared to explain how you approach problems and produce solutions.


If your face-to-face interview is successful, the hiring team will further evaluate your resume, decide, and then receive a conditional job offer.


If your face-to-face interview is not approved, LHR Americas will inform you.


2.3 There could be additional video interviews with hiring managers, which may also contain technical questions that help us assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field.
