  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in development practices.
  • Participate in technical discussions, contribute to architecture decisions, and lead by example through hands-on coding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement database optimizations using Postgres.
  • Drive agile development processes, ensure timely delivery of features, and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Design, architect, and develop web applications using Ruby on Rails, ensuring best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Identify and address technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and make informed decisions to drive project success.

Job Requirement:

  • Experience with our technical stack: Ruby on Rails, Postgres (Must Have)
  • Experience in leadership roles min 2 years with maintaining a minimum of 5-10 subordinates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in English.
  • Minimum 6 years+ of total working experience in software development
