Kol Staff Jobs

:

• Maintain all of the administrative documents including payment, contract, document filing and the data tracking.
• Maintain relationships with partner & KOL.
• Ensure the contract terms and conditions are related.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and areas for development on KOL campaigns.
• Track KOL effectiveness & content performance reflected on weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project report
• Responsible for KOL strategy and planning across all channels
• Manage end-to-end influencer projects from conceptualization, and execution, to reporting.
• Working closely with KOL specialists to create a clear brief and efficient budget allocation for each project.
• Help to coordinate with client for the campaign brief.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing, Communication Business, or related fields.
• Comfortable with using data to derive actionable insights.
• Will be placement at Pantai Indah Kapuk.
• Have a strong communication, fast response, and negotiating skills.
• Up-to-date with social media trends and understanding audience segments.
• Ability to multi-task & work in a dynamic environment.
• Enthusiastic about social media trends and understanding audience segments.
• Preferably having good knowledge and influencer network.
• At least have 2 years experience in handling KOL/Talents/Influencer and Media.
