Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

• Handle payment administration, sending PR Package to KOL, etc
• Responsible for preparing contract for KOL
• Responsible for contacting KOL
• Helping team with the administration and manage KOL database
• Monitoring the collaboration process with KOL

Requirements

• Have a good communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to do WFO (our office is located at Blugreen Integrated Office, Jakarta Barat)
• Have min 1 year experience as KOL Admin, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of websites, social media and other media
• Able to join ASAP
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Detail oriented and organized, have experience to maintain database
