Job Description

:

  1. Identifying and approaching potential and talented affiliate partners on TikTok (KOL/ Influencer/ Creators)
  2. Manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing to on-boarding
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest affiliate marketing trends and strategies on TikTok
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activities
  5. Track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and report on performance


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  2. Having previous experience in Talent Recruitment or Talent Management (KOL/Influencer/Creators) will be an advantage
  3. Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry and its trends and best practices
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
