- Proven experience in the same field (at least 1 year)

- Experienced in coordinating and briefing with lots of Micro, Macro, or Mega KOL

- Experienced in making new ideas and content details for Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube are preferable

- Proposing options, making list, and executing for micro, macro, mega and even celebrity KOL for brands

- Making script and KOL guidance for project purposes according to marketing and branding team needs

- Making letter of agreement corresponding to project details

Manage end-to-end influencer projects from conceptualization, and execution, to reporting.

At least have 2 years experience in handling KOL/Talents/Influencer and Media.

Preferably having good knowledge and influencer network.

Have a strong communication, fast response, and negotiating skills.

Help to coordinate with client for the campaign brief.

Responsible for KOL strategy and planning across all channels

Minimum 1 year experience of working on KOL campaigns.

Experience in handling KOLs report and data.

Have a broad knowledge about TikTok and Instagram influencers.

Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.

Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, Business Admin, Multimedia, Advertising, Marketing, or any other related fields.

Social media active; savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing.

Coordinate with marketing and creative team in order to manage contents which are given by clients for marketing contents

Analytics mindset to track and analyze data, metrics, and performances of KOL content initiative

Research the latest trend to develop monthly campaign brief for KOL/Influencer based on Product Highlight

In charge for Mega KOL/Influencer special brief based on request from campaign team

Fresh graduates are welcome, having an experience is a plus

Willing to work onsite at South Jakarta

- Analyzing Digital performance data sets and weekly documentation

- Execute marketing campaign on the digital channel (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Single Site, Tiktok, etc)

- Collaborate and work closely with the digital marketing team to achieve the objective

- Identify new opportunities and channels
