Location: South Jakarta, Pesanggrahan - Petukangan Selatan

Responsibilities:

Develop KOL strategies

Build strong relationships with KOLs and act as their main point of contact.

Monitor and ensure KOL compliance with brand agreements and guidelines.

Execute KOL Campaigns.

Plan, execute, monitor, and analyze campaigns with KOLs including goals achievement, engagement, and conversions.

Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in KOL marketing.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in social media, digital marketing, and KOL strategies to ensure brand relevance and innovation.

Build relationships with Partners and Stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or any related field.

Tech-savvy.

Strong understanding of current trends in digital marketing, social media (specifically TikTok), and influencer marketing.

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with KOLs and other partners.

In-depth knowledge of KOL marketing and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies based on industry trends.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with KOLs, internal teams, and other stakeholders.

Able to gather and analyze trend data, consumer behavior, and KOL campaign performance.

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas for KOL campaigns.

Ability to identify new opportunities and propose new strategies to enhance brand presence through KOLs.

Enthusiasm for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest developments in digital marketing and KOL marketing.
