IT Development and Operation Staff

s:

1.Support in application testing and implementation

2.Support in network setup and troubleshooting

3.Perform preventive maintenance on IT infrastructure, as well as periodic backups for the storage and CCTV systems

4.Assist the IT team in creating documents related to the Cyra application

5.Manage IT devices inventory

6.Track hardware and software licenses and ensure compliance

7.Collaborate with the IT team to establish and maintain an Information Security Management System aligned with the ISO 27001:2013 standard

8.Creating and updating the documentation of software, covering Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications Documents (FSD), and User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans

9.Work with GA for IT-related procurement

Job Requirements:

1.Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT related from reputable university

2.Around 2 – 3 years of work experience in IT Development/Network/DevOps

3.Familiar with system development approach i.e., Agile, waterfall etc

4.Basic networking skills i.e., LAN/WiFi setup and troubleshooting

5.Knowledge of implementing ISO 27001:2013 standards

6.Understands the process of generating software documentation, covering Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications Documents (FSD), and User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans

7.Strong communication and time management skills

8.Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, creative, independent and quick learner

9.Good in spoken and written English
