IT Development and Operation Staff

Untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh kendaraan dan pengemudinya dalam keadaan siap untuk beroperasi

Tugasnya juga mencakup pemantauan terhadap kondisi kendaraan dan meminta tim mekanik melakukan perbaikan jika diperlukan

Merancang jadwal dan rute perjalanan dari kendaraan sesuai dengan kebutuhan

Memerintahkan pengemudi dan kendaraan untuk menuju suatu tempat sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dengan menggunakan alat komunikasi radio, GPS, dsb

Membuat laporan dan evaluasi terhadap aktivitas pulang pergi dari pengemudi dan kendaraan

Consult with line management and provide daily HR Guidamce

Work Closely with management and employee to improve work relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

Experience with sourcing techniquesExecellent at MS Office especially Excell.

Responsible for Recruitment, General Affair, Operational Business, Employee and Industrial Relation and other employee related task.

Very organized and skilled & save in handling equipment

You have experience in equipment like monitors, keyboards and chairs

Develop your experience and expand your network

Delivering & pickup orders throughout Bali

Setting up equipment on site

You can speak fluently English and like to meet new people

Support Management in developing and implementing new company policies or procedures

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource - Management, Pyschology, Law or equivalent.

Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, industrial relationship).

Handle employee benefit, incentive, government statutory, etc

Manage and maintain employee database on HRIS

At least 3 years of working experience as HR Generalist
