Surplus Indonesia is looking for Accounting Staff Position

Surplus is an online marketplace in Indonesia that can enable customers to buy meals from restaurants, hotels, farms, bakeries, cafes, supermarkets, etc., who have surplus food/haven’t sold at the end of the day with 50% off (closing-hour discounts) as a sustainability-based initiative.

• Check and ensure the refund list
• Ensure that the data submitted in accounting software is matched with the Indonesia financial accounting standards
• Summarize Merchant and Surplus Supermarket's manual Invoice (by request)
• Do third-party reconciliation (e.g Gosend & Grab)
• Monitoring & Accept SurplusPay
• Input Daily Journal

Requirements:

• Responsible for every task given by the supervisor and finish it according to the timeline
• Fresh graduate or last semester accounting student with minimal 1 year of experience
• High ability to count accurately and attention to detail
• Can work individually and in a team
• Able to operate accounting software (Preferably Journal.id) and Microsoft offices
• Understand the accounting cycle, and have the ability to report L/R, journal, and accounting balance.
