Investor Relations Specialist Jobs

Investor Relations Specialist at PT. Nusantara Sejahtera Raya is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between our organization and its investors, stakeholders, and financial community. As the face of our financial performance, strategies, and growth outlook, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships that contribute to our continued success.

Role and Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining corporate standings with investors, analyst, shareholders and investment community.
• Develop investor presentation (in English).
• Collaborate with related stakeholders in terms of annual report & sustainability report and other corporate actions.
• Monitoring economic direction, coal & mining industry development, ownership structure & investor demographics.
• Performing external communication functions in relation to investor's investment decisions by carefully analyzing financial data, operational performance and the Company's strategic direction in the form of written reports, meeting materials and direct physical/online meetings.
• Develop financial analysis.
• Base for communication (Bahasa & English).

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Investor Relations/Analyst
• Well-groomed & has excellent interpersonal skill.
• Good strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication & writing skills (both in Bahasa & English).
• Advance in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
