Head Of Finance - Fp&A And Investor Relations

We are HeadHunting Company in Jakarta and currently we are working on behalf of client in Electrical Vehicle Industry. They are looking for Head of Finance that has specialty in Financial Planning Analysis and Investor Relations.

s:

1. Set up and control the company budget:

• Design, build, and implement systems and SOPs to control actual spending vs. forecasted budget using existing ERP system (SAP Business One)
• Work with all departments (R&D, Production, Go-to-Market) to forecast spending required to hit upcoming milestones
• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce expenditures and minimize variance between actual spending and forecasted budget

2. Prepare and communicate reports/updates to our board and investor base:

• Prepare any other information as reasonably requested by our board or investors
• Prepare and send annual operating budget and consolidated capital expenditure at least 45 days before the end of calendar year
• Prepare and send monthly management accounts, including financial and operational metrics, within 30 days of the end of the month
• Schedule and prepare content for 4 board meetings per year
• Ensure that audited consolidated financial statements are prepared annually within 120 days of a new calendar year and quarterly within 30 days at the end of every quarter, for all legal entities within the KLN group

3. Act as first point of contact and request additional hires if needed for the following

matters:

• Keep track of and manage working capital, both for raw materials and components as well as for finished goods
• Identify and explore low-risk opportunities to generate yield from idle funds, e.g., through cash deposits or bonds, while ensuring sufficient liquidity
• Identify and explore alternative financing strategies and structures for future capex and inventory investments, e.g., using debt instead of equity

Qualifications:

• Min. 8 years working experience
• Educational degree in relevant domain, e.g., finance, accounting, economics
• Experience in manufacturing/automotive/FMCG or any other industry which deals with capex/working capital is a major plus but not a hard requirement
• Track record of building teams/systems from scratch or joining early stage companies which scaled to become significantly bigger
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
