Internship - Learning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assisting the process of developing Standard Operational Procedure of virtual training
• Analyzing effectiveness and benefit of training program to Agency in Agency Learning & Development
• Analyzing training process conduct by trainer and propose necessary process improvement to measure training satisfaction index

Requirements

• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
• Have knowledge and experience in exploring data
• Final year or Fresh graduate from any major
• Committed to do 1 month internship period
• Able to leverage data and covert become a story to present
• Interested to exploring data
