Interior Designer Jobs

We are looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.

The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experienced working in the Interior Design field, from drafting drawings to project management

- Have experience in Interior, Furniture and/or Design

- Has an ability to make working drawings from Architectural and Interior drawings

- Familiar with Design Software

- Check in the workshop for finished working drawings

- High sense of responsibility; can work under pressure and fast pace environment.

- Good personality and attitude, can work individually or a team player, strong sense of integrity and in work commitment

- Excellent written and oral communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English

- Can join immediately

- Willing to commute to our head office in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensuring that a project runs according to schedule

- Analyze labor, material and time requirements for a project

- Estimate costs (BQ) by looking at the entire project

- Prepare reports detailing all the costs going into a project

- Survey and monitoring project on site
