Job Description

eDOT is part of the Nabati Group. eDOT it self is here to provide a Digital innovation that meets all your needs, from buying and selling daily needs, ordering food delivery, delivery services and vehicle rental, as well a fun & entertaining chat platform for each user. eDOT comes in forms Mobile Apps and Websites.


Responsibilities

  • Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner and create a completed case report.
  • Resolve and anticipate disputes involving trade management, employees or government agencies, etc.
  • Managing relationships with vendor or third party & ensuring that the Company’s treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
  • Follow up on all employee disciplinary actions through all kinds of warnings to resolving industrial cases through discussion or Bipartite.
  • Manage governance & social relations related to the principles of industrial relations and employee relations.
  • Review and give advice to the management in terms of employment contracts, company policy, SOP, and keep up to date with the government regulations and make sure the practices are aligned with the government regulations.
  • Maintain communication with the government or regulators.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law, and keeping up-to-date with government regulations.
  • Good analytical and use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • A bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • Willing to go on business trip
  • Deep knowledge of UUCK and other regulations related to industrial relations.
