Individual Giving Manager Jobs

We are searching for a talented and professional Individual Giving Manager to grow and maintain Happy Hearts Indonesia (HHI) Individual Giving program for monthly giving and one-off giving program through digital and fundraising event channel. You’ll be responsible to manage day to day operation of Individual Giving Acquisition, Retention and Development program and to generate unrestricted revenue to support HHI in creating impacts for children in underprivileged areas to get quality education, building quality and safe schools.You need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and database driven to take on this exciting role. This position requires someone equipped with a positive attitude and readiness to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Fundraising Development to drive growth in Individual Giving fundraising to maximize public fundraising income generation, this also to explore new opportunities in optimization Individual Giving monthly and one-off donation result.
• Manage and monitor 3rd party crowdfunding program, include actively seeking new activation opportunity from event, KOL or influencer activation to boost up the performance.
• Manage Digital Marketing team or agency to ensure digital acquisition activities are continuously optimized to deliver against KPIs.
• Implement Individual donor acquisition strategy from digital channel and fundraising event activation or other collaborations to achieve agreed individual donor KPI’s.
• Prepare and maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including follow up communication with potential individual donors, monthly newsletter, appearance, and other communication opportunities.
• Responsible for day to day operation of Individual Giving program in growing unrestricted income from monthly donor and one off donor through acquisition and retention channel.
• Collaborate with IT team to maximize HHI website’s function or features or other Individual Giving tools such as email automation, to improve acquisition result performance.
• Continuous tracking and monitoring Individual Giving performance against KPIs, building reports for analysis and campaign optimisation plan.
• Assist in the organisation special events for monthly donors and fundraising events to reach potential donor.
• Regular report and analysis about all Individual Giving performance against KPI’s to Head of Fundraising Development.
• Collaborate with marketing communications team to ensure the production of high-quality contents and inspiring stories journey is implemented for Individual donor acquisition and retention, this also include to prepare monthly content plan and timeline for organic and paid marketing channel.
• Lead and manage Individual Giving Officer to ensure retention and development of monthly donor runs strategically and effectively in maximizing donations value and minimizing cancellation.

Job Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Expected to be on board on as soon as possible.
• Strong experience in preparing reports and attention to details.
• Experienced in minimum 3 years in fundraising program for a non-profit organization, running individual giving program would be a benefit.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to develop strong working relationships with internal and external.
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or related fields.
• Creative thinkers.
• Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and to work to tight deadlines.
• Outstanding written communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Have experience or knowledge in running digital marketing program is a plus.
