Vescooter is the biggest used Vespa matic showroom in Indonesia. Established in 2016, Vescooter focuses on developing buying and selling Vespa matics with very well maintained quality, even like new.
Currently, Vescooter is seeking candidates to be positioned as human capital. Following are the required qualifications for the candidate:
Responsibility
- Supporting managers in handling employee complaints or grievances by providing guidance on company policies or procedures
- Providing services to employees such as counseling, coaching, and mentoring to help them develop their skills and reach their goals
- Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates the organization's Human Capital function and performance
- Understanding and manage employee Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Design, develop, organize, and facilitate training programs for employees that align with company priorities.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate all culture & engagement programs
- Performance appraisal and people development evaluation
- Recommending solutions to issues that arise between employees, including conflicts or potential disciplinary actions
Requirements
- Familiar with HRIS (ex: Talenta)
- Min. 2 years experience in Human Capital / Human Resources position.
- Excellent communication, team work, problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be located in Depok City.
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, and related education background.
