HR&GA Manager - Jakarta

What you will Bring to the Team:

Thanks to ongoing growth within the business, we now have an opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic HR & GA Managerto join our team. You’ll be a small but rapidly growing Company HR& GA Manger with experience working in small teams, and most importantly, you won’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves and complete ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the wider team.

What you will be Responsible:

  • Develop leadership capabilities and drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Driving and managing the full employee cycle. This involves a hands-on approach to recruitment, candidates selection to following through with candidate onboarding and continued employee development;
  • Supporting the management team with personal development plans for team members and organising regular 1 on 1 catch ups;
  • Partner effectively with Leaders providing generalist advice in areas such as: coaching, employee relations, performance management, succession planning and change management.
  • Support day to day administrative work related to General affairs of the business
  • Be a trusted business partner and advisor to the management team on key strategic decisions.
  • Provide timely, accurate and appropriate support to managers in relation to people management issues;

What we're looking for in you:

  • Quality relationship building skills to develop beneficial, outcomes focused working relationships.
  • Development and application of contemporary HR related policies and procedures with a strong focus on people first
  • At least 5 years of relevant hands on working experience, preferably with working experience in an IT company
  • Knowledge of HR legislation and up to date industry knowledge
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in undertaking recruitment, employee coaching, performance management, on-boarding/exit and professional development related activities
  • Can Join as soon as possible.
  • A great sense of humour is a must!
