Hrbp Specialist (International Tissue Business Unit)

We are seeking an experienced HRBP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and provide guidance on HR-related matters. In this role, you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. You will manage and oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) to deliver HR programs and initiatives. Coaching and mentoring managers on HR best practices and contributing to HR-related projects and initiatives will also be part of your role.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives
• Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on HR-related matters and develop HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) to deliver HR programs and initiatives
• Coach and mentor managers on HR best practices
• Manage and oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English or Mandarin
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRBP/HR Specialist/People Partner
• Excellent communication and data analytics skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
