Job Description
HEAD OF HR



  • Develop KPI programs to evaluate staff performance (promotion, reward management).
  • Regulating industrial relations, review of PKB and level of compliance with all regulations company.
  • Maintain Integration Management System, Halal, CPKB, RSPO, ISCC, SNI, ISO 7025, HACCP.
  • Make reports related to the overall function and performance of the HR department.
  • Develop Talent Development program and its management system, including but not limited on management trainees, competency management and assessment, career path development, engagement & employee experience program, etc.
  • Participate in supporting the Public Relations department (General Affairs) in Safety, CSR, and other programs.
  • Coordinate and control the preparation and implementation of training and development programs, including: identification of training needs and evaluation of training, to ensure achievement target level of ability and competence of each staff.
  • Planning workforce requirements in accordance with organizational developments, as well as coordinating and control the implementation of recruitment and selection activities
  • Develop HR management (Staff) management strategies and policies, in companies based on term strategies long term and short term in accordance with applicable regulations.

  • Managerial & Leadership Skills.
  • Have Integrity and can become a Role Model.
  • Practical knowledge and experience in HR, Personnel, and Legal.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Able to work together.
  • Understanding of labor regulations in Indonesia.
  • Minimum 5 (five) years work experience in managing HR units in industry consumer goods, or manufacturing.
  • Minimum S-1 technical education in Management, Law or Psychology.
  • Mastering Active/Passive English.
