  • Communicate effectively with guests regarding reservation details and any necessary adjustments.
  • Share feedback, suggestions, and innovative ideas to refine and elevate our host services, showroom operations, and reservation management
  • Prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing needs, ensuring seamless coordination between various responsibilities.
  • Manage the flow of the restaurant and bar, optimizing seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Manage the reservation system, including taking and confirming reservations, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing table allocation based on guest preferences and availability.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail in all aspects of the role, from guest seating preferences to showroom presentation and reservation accuracy.
  • Actively seek opportunities for process improvement and enhanced guest experiences.
  • Provide support and assistance to team members when needed, contributing to a positive and harmonious work environment.
  • Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests interested in exploring the offerings within the showroom, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Balance the demands of host duties, showroom operations, and reservations management effectively.
  • Maintain the showroom's inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with local partners to curate an enticing selection that captivates guests' interest and reflects our commitment to supporting local artisans.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our regular guests.
  • Ensure that all interactions and tasks are executed with precision and a commitment to excellence.
  • Foster open communication and collaborate with the culinary, beverage, and service teams to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
  • Oversee our on-site showroom, serving as the point of contact for local partnerships.
  • Take notes on guest preferences, special occasions, and any other relevant information to provide personalized and memorable experiences.
  • Extend a warm welcome to guests, promptly greeting and seating them in an atentive and efficient manner.
