• Conduct performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement training programs to enhance the team's performance.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and floor staff to ensure timely and efficient table turnover.
• Collect feedback from guests to improve the overall dining experience.
• Foster a positive and friendly environment to ensure guests feel valued and appreciated.
• Anticipate and plan for special occasions, large parties, or VIP guests to provide personalized service.
• Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about the venue, Concept and any other relevant information required.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Assist guests with inquiries, provide product knowledge and handle sales transactions.
• Manage the reservations system for our restaurant, handling bookings, cancellatins, and guest inquiries as well as table allocations.
• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere at our unique dining venue.
• Supervise and train a team of hosts, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Create staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and maintaining smooth operations.
• Oversee the retail section within the venue, ensuring it is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to guests.
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring their needs are met and any special requests are accommodated.
