Guest Service Agent Jobs

The ideal candidate will support the Front Office Department and exceling in guest service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to any guest request and promote the other services offered by the hotel and the Group.
• Distribute keys and be in charge of the safes.
• Actively participate in the sales optimization of the department and the hotel.
• Manage the telephone switchboard.
• Be in charge of welcoming guests as well as ensuring Check-ins and Check-outs.
• Be fully familiar with the Group’s different loyalty programs to register guests.
• Check credit limits.
• Know perfectly the different types of rooms and their current rates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Front Office Department
• Fluent in English
• Proactive, a patient listener and a people- and result-oriented person
• Passionate by Hospitality, you aim to create a memorable experience for each of your guests
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Have a interpersonal, communication and organization skills
