Job Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs based on company
requirements
2. Developing design concepts, layouts, and artwork for a variety of mediums.
3. Creating and preparing final designs for production or publication
4. Ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across
different platforms.
5. Staying updated on design trends, techniques, and software to enhance design
quality and efficiency.
6. Working with cross-functional teams, such as marketing or development, to achieve
project goals.
7Strong knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms
(facebook/instagram/tiktok/etc)
8Familiarity with the real estate industry, including an understanding of the target
audience, market trends, and industry terminology.
9.Proficiency in creating engaging written content, including writing catchy captions,
blog posts, or articles. Knowledge of graphic design tools, video editing software, and
photography can be valuable for creating visually appealing content.
10.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11.Able to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas for social media
campaigns and content.
12Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret social media metrics, draw insights,
and make data-driven decisions. Experience with social media analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, or Google Analytics is beneficial.
13.Managing multiple design projects and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
1. Strong skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (including
Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Familiarity with other design tools may be
beneficial.
2. Demonstrating a strong creative flair and the ability to generate innovative design
concepts. Strong skills in typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual
hierarchy.
