Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining and managing a organized, streamlined system of content exchange with team members
  • Assisting with email scheduling
  • Assist with posting stories from designated, weekly updated content folder
  • Ownership in creating IG Reels & TikToks via content folder
  • Assist on in-house photoshoots in production stages and work closely with CD to ensure vision execution
  • Assist with Instagram scheduling / writing captions that speak to company’s target audience and align with brand voice
  • Brainstorm with CD Tiktok & IG Reel concepts
  • Assist on influencer campaign strategy including influencer outreach, data management, and reporting
  • Day-to-day design development and artworking of key assets (collection drops, socials, ads, etc.)


Required Qualifications:

  • Understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate brand guidelines into visually cohesive designs.
  • Ability to incorporate feedback and make revisions based on client or team input.
  • Experience with content management systems, like Later, Unum, Facebook Scheduling and Omnisend.
  • Mastery of industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Ability to create and manipulate graphics, illustrations, and typography with precision and creativity.
  • Strong oral and written skills in English.
  • Highly experienced with all social media platforms - Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong portfolio of work including examples of visual assets for socials, e-mail marketing, web, or print.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity across various marketing materials.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong interest and knowledge of current fashion branding and marketing trends.
  • Experience in A/B testing and using data-driven decision-making to improve campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in analyzing email marketing metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and using data to drive insights and optimizations.
  • Experience in creating motion graphics.
  • Ability to develop email marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
  • Knowledge of best practices for email marketing, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms to analyze email marketing impact on website traffic and conversions.
  • Experience creating and editing video content for various social platforms.
