Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Developing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and targets the desired audience.
2. Creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes writing compelling captions, creating visually appealing graphics, editing videos, and curating relevant articles or blog posts.
3. Managing and engaging with the company's social media community, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Building relationships with followers and potential customers is crucial.
4. Developing and executing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive traffic to the company's website or landing pages. This involves budget allocation, targeting specific audiences, and monitoring campaign performance.
5. Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions. Using these insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize future social media campaigns. Providing regular reports to management on the effectiveness of social media efforts.
6. Monitoring and managing the company's online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or reviews promptly and professionally. Maintaining a positive brand image and handling any crisis situations effectively.
8. Following industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences through market research. Applying these insights to enhance the company's social media strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
9. Collaborating with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives. Ensuring consistent brand messaging and integration across different channels.
10. Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Continuously learning and implementing new strategies and tactics to optimize social media performance.
The specific requirements:
1. Strong knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms
(facebook/instagram/tiktok/etc)
2. Familiarity with the real estate industry, including an understanding of the target
audience, market trends, and industry terminology.
3. Proficiency in creating engaging written content, including writing catchy captions,
blog posts, or articles. Knowledge of graphic design tools, video editing software, and
photography can be valuable for creating visually appealing content.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Able to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas for social media
campaigns and content.
6. Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret social media metrics, draw insights,
and make data-driven decisions. Experience with social media analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, or Google Analytics is beneficial.
7. Able to manage multiple social media platforms, create content calendars, schedule posts, and meet deadlines.
8. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and creative teams.
9. Must be good in English
