Gmo Mine Engineer Jobs

Job Responsibility:

1. JORC/KCMI compliant reserve estimation and ROM ore estimates as per internal standards

2. Estimate the valuation of the projects received for desktop review/ due diligence

3. Provide timely mine planning, mining and equipment performance data with more than 90% accuracy

4. Review, evaluate and conduct field investigations of coal and mineral projects and / or mines and provide

pros and cons from the point of asset acquisitions.

5. Identify the areas for potential mining upside

6. Train, update the skills and evaluate the performance of the subordinates.

7. Plan and implement continuous improvement in all activities

8. Contribute to a high level of team work and provide effective leadership

9. Maintain a regular and timely informal and formal feedback of data, information and knowledge to

Planning and Operation team in all relevant aspects of this role.

10. Establish and maintain effective role relationships with clients and consultants

11. To accept the accountability for achieving the highest standards of quality, quantity, timeliness and cost

effectiveness within the limits of the assigned role.

12. Report at agreed intervals on the progress of mine planning, mining operation, process plant and any other

short term projects

13. Reconciliations are reported on monthly, quarterly and annual basis

14. Any other job as specified by the superior from time to time and as per the requirement of the company.
