This Global Business Services – Indonesia Site Lead will be responsible for the migration and transformation of KC Softex finance work to Global Business Services (GBS) and will include all process towers – RTR, OTC, P2P, Treasury, MDM, and Tax.
This role will report to Global Business Services – APAC Director (Based in Malaysia) and have 3 direct reports with total team of more than 70 employees. The role will be required to work closely with Process Leads in APAC, Regional Controller and KC Softex Finance teams. The individual will also be part of the GBS APAC leadership team.
Kimberly-Clark acquired PT. Softex Indonesia in October 2020. PT. Softex Indonesia is leading personal care company in Indonesia having started operations in 1974. Kimberly-Clark has been present in Indonesia since 1995 manufacturing and marketing iconic brands like Kotex. Since the acquisition, the combined unit called K-C Softex Indonesia which is responsible for manufacturing, marketing and distributing iconic brands like Sweety, Softex, Confidence, Huggies, Kotex and Kleenex with very strong market positions. Most recently at the start of the pandemic, Softex introduced Softies branded personal protection products and acquired strong positions in each of these categories as well.
As part of acquisition, the Company will transform some expertise to GBS APAC. GBS APAC organization was launched in 2011 and since then, GBS APAC has exceptional delivery through process management, migration of work, restructuring its delivery network, and transformation programs. We have partnered with the business to leverage scale and expertise, and to drive productivity through greater standardization, simplification, and automation. With a mission to consistently deliver exceptional services, insights and solutions that drive value and profitable growth.
Key responsibilities:
a. Lead the team across all GBS strategic commitments of Talent Development, delivering business outcomes, intelligent transformation, everyday excellence

b. Key focus areas: Improving productivity, implementing best practices, identifying and implementing value creation initiatives, improving compliance and control
c. Preparation for Aurora implementation.
Requirements:
- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification will be an advantage
- Accountable for operating with compliance with both local laws and Company’s environmental commitments.
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to drive decision making.
- Capable of working in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across businesses and functions.
- Strong planning, change management and execution skills with ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
