  • Coordinate with procurement to handle the order of office stationery, employee's meal and snack, cleaning supplies, cleaning tools, drinking water and operation's consumable
  • Create cost estimation for every item requested to procurement team
  • Coordinating and reviewing all General Affair goods in and out requests
  • Review and inform General Affair and consumable goods ETA on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with vendor regarding goods delivery schedule
  • Responsible for handle employee's accommodation for business trip purpose
  • Responsible for receiving, recording and reporting all assets and consumable goods (office stationery, employee's meal and snack, cleaning supplies, cleaning tools, drinking water and operation's consumable)
  • Responsible to create purchase request regarding General Affair goods to procurement.


Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experienced in managing a team.
  • Have high initiative, innovation and attention to details.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Familiar with the procurement system.
  • More than 5 years’ experience as General Affair in tech startup environment.
  • Experienced in handling projects.
