Job Description
You are going to join our people-geek side of the HR team, specifically in General Services, which is responsible for everyone's safety and comfort when working. You will deep dive into design planning and all operations that can enhance our building's function. On this note, you will be also responsible for maintaining work safety standards and a good work environment for all employees.


Responsibilities


  • Handle household affairs (Electricity & Water bills, house operational needs, groceries, etc)
  • Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, wide networking, and good interpersonal skill.
  • Handling various tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day office/building operations. This includes performing administrative tasks, assisting with project management, and organizing events
  • Responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of equipment and facilities


Minimum Qualifications


  • Min 4 years of experience in General Affairs or related roles
  • Have a good communicative and pro-active
  • Good command of English both in writing & conversation
  • Good Negotiation Skills and a Team Player
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant major
  • Proven experience in handling asset management (inventory), operational maintenance, facility, etc
  • Willing to work with high pressure
