Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented General Affairs to join our team. As a General Affairs, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative and operational functions within our organization. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, maintaining a productive work environment, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our business.


Responsibilities:

- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and smooth operations across the organization.

- Manage internal financial matters, including handling invoices and other internal financial responsibilities.

- Support in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.

- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to administrative activities.

- Provide general support to employees on administrative matters, such as resolving office-related issues and inquiries.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

- Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in administrative activities.

- Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience in a similar general affairs or administrative role is a plus.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accuracy in administrative tasks.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Proactive problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take initiative.

- Flexibility and adaptability to handle evolving priorities and responsibilities.
