Financial Controller Jobs

:

• Responsible for financing in capital market and maintain proper bank relations if needed
• Ensure compliance of operations with guidelines for financial administration including internal and external regulations
• Strong capacity in legal entity reporting, managed tax compliance, and swift at delivering technical Accounting and Tax adjustments
• Prepare for periodical cost reports, balance sheet, profit and loss statements and application of funds by using defined standards and procedures
• Coordinate day-to-day accounting administration and processes, in line with local regulations and standards and internal procedures
• Develop and ensure the realization of the transnational financial structure for the public initial offering (IPO) in Asia
• Manage finance team to ensure personnel planning aligned with relevant policies and procedures
• Manage, coordinate, maintain and/or improve administrative activities and systems in line with internal requirements

Job Qualification :

• CPA or equivalent professional qualifications
• Experiences in initial public offering (IPO)
• Demonstrated record of experiences in operating transnational financial leverage
• Solid accounting and tax knowledge
• Experience in financial control such as budgeting/planning
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Analytical, independent and proactive mind with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• At least 8 years working experience of finance field
• Sufficient understanding of the business environment in Asia. Experience in the e-commerce industry will be an asset.
• Comprehensive knowledge of taxation regulations in Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Southeast Asian countries
• Good command of strategic thinking in planning corporate taxation leverage
• Degree holder in accounting, financing and related fields
