Job Description

Job Requirements

1. Over 3 years of experiences in a related field.

2. Understand basic financial knowledge and be familiar with AP and AR related matters.

3. Fluent English, can be used as a working language. Can speak Chinese is a plus.

4. Excellent organizational skills;Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Able to multi-task, set priorities, meet deadlines.


Job Responsibilities

1. Complete the overall accounting treatment of the affiliated branch;

2. Completed the monthly budget and other management reports required by the headquarters;

3. Manage accounts receivable and cash flow of subsidiary companies;

4. Complete the application and approval of the branch's expenses and fund transfer;

5. Conduct tax planning according to the local tax situation;

6. Maintain good communication and liaison with internal and external audit to ensure that the financial process complies with local laws and regulations;

7. Cooperate with the general manager of the branch to process management of the assets, manpower and department work of the branch.
