Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for policy administration process including client maintenance, corporate maintenance, and plan benefit maintenance as per policy term condition

- Assist line manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans

- Contribute to training and development of the team and organization as a whole

- Responsible for maintaining policy exclusion based on ICD 10 and other code references on the system

- Responsible for enrollment member process and membership card personalization

- Responsible to provide a report and or analysis for management on a regular basis

- Responsible to prepare a regular report (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc report

- Responsible for accountability and a daily operation (membership and reporting) to meet productivity or service standards defined by management in line with department and/or division


Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in business administration/Insurance or similar field

- Has 4-7 years of working experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an assistant manager or similar role

- Experience in leadership roles

- Ability to plan and organize

- Experience in managing budgets

- Understanding of customer service principles and practices

- Proficiency in using MS Office

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Good time-management skills

- Ability to work well under pressure
