Finance Accounting & Tax Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

·Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department

·Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

·Establishing and enforcing proper (SAK ETAP ) accounting methods, policies and principles

·Deep involving on Tax goals strategy and Tax planning, budgeting.

·Day to day Working with Consultant to ensure tax reporting are comply

·Responsible to manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

·month and end-year process

·accounts payable/receivable

·Cash Receipts

·General Ledger

·Providing an accurate financial statement aligned with SAK ETAP methodology

·Overseeing Cost Control, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue and ensuring accuracy of financial

information.

·Evaluating the profitability of product categories, geographic territories, and sales channels, brands and

customers

·To obtain monthly Financial Statements every first week of the following month.

·Providing thorough financial analysis and accurate financial reporting (Financial Statements) for presentation in

Monthly Business

·To obtain necessary SOP to support business process in Accounting and Finance.

·To responsible presenting the financial statement to C Levels and External Auditor.

Requirement :

·The candidate should have minimum S1 degree from reputable university, preferably majoring in Accounting

(Chartered Accountant) and have season tax expertise.

·Excellent work management and communication skill both verbal and written English

·Should demonstrate a good common sense in understanding of relevant business

·issues and the ability to stimulate results

·Should have an excellent work management skill in establishing a course of action

·accomplish goals, planning proper schedule and keeping track of delegated tasks

·Able to accurately check the process and result of tasks

·Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges

·Be reliable person, proactive and co-operative

·Able to maintain stable performance under pressure

Work experience:

To be a successful candidate for this position, the candidate preferable have at least 10years in Finance area.
