Job Description

Apricot Catering(F&B business with 25 employees) urgently needed this position :


Position : FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STRATEGIST

Job type : Freelance, project-based (6-12 months)


If you are an Accountant, Financial Auditor, or Finance & Accounting staff/supervisor with full-time job and looking for part-time/freelance job are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities :

  • Systemize the operation (the goal is to no longer write it down manually).
  • To know the current profit and loss (COGS).
  • Systemize the finance (no longer manual, just input numbers and reports will be instantly generated).
  • To inform the finance & accounting knowledge, create a finance & accounting format/system, and provide a finance & accounting strategy.
  • Strategize a financial plan for business expansion and efficiency.
  • To know the current financial status (including all assets, debts, etc).


Qualifications :

  • Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1), majoring in Accounting.
  • Domicile preference: Bekasi area.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, creating COGS & Bookkeeping.
  • Working experiences (minimum 3 years) as Accountant/Financial Auditor/Finance & Accounting Staff/Specialist/Supervisor, preferably in manufacturing and food & beverages industry.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
