• Manage daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations Accurately preparing tax returns and ensuring that company taxes are paid in a timely manner
• Coordinate with related divisions in terms of GROUP employee requirement and finance support - other related tasks needed by the company
• Ensuring that the company maintains compliance with accounting legislation
• Handle all administrative works related to finance and accounting
• Timely submission of all accounting and finance reports management
• Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues Manage month-end and year-end closing Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
• Well verse in Indonesia taxes and rules
• Responsible for the preparation of accounting, taxations and financial statement report

Requirements :

• Has high-level attention to details
• Minimum has two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Experience with accounting software (e.g. Accurate,SAP)
• Understand tax process and regulations, finance and accounting system
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
