As a Field Specialist Slickline - Wireline Services, you'll be providing wellsite support and guidance to our global customers. You'll help to mentor and develop junior members of the team by sharing your knowledge and insight. You'll have the opportunity to solve interesting and complex problems while utilizing the latest technology.

As a Field Specialist Slickline - Wireline Services, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting onsite at workshop and off-site at wellsite to facilitate wireline logging and completion services
• Overseeing the basic maintenance of equipment to assist in preparing the wireline equipment
• Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at well sites
• Acting as the primary point of contact to the Customer Representative to coordinate operations at the wellsite
• Executing all responsibilities safely to ensure compliance with Managing Base Operations, Well Operations and Equipment and Logistics manuals
• Coaching, developing and mentoring junior members of the team to share knowledge and up-skill your team

To be successful in this role you will:

• Display a customer-focused mindset and have a structured, efficient approach to responding to customer needs
• Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo additional product line training
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
• Be available to join our team quickly and to work in Indonesia without the need for a visa
• Have an Engineering degree or related subjects with at least 10 years relevant experience as Field Specialist
• Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating global teams to deliver multiple, successful customer projects
• Demonstrate experience with Exploration Logging program
• Show expertise in open-hole and cased-hole wireline logging operations in Deepwater offshore environment
