Partner with the best

As a Field Specialist Electrical Line , you'll be providing wellsite support and guidance to our global customers. You'll help to mentor and develop junior members of the team by sharing your knowledge and insight. You'll have the opportunity to solve interesting and complex problems while utilizing the latest technology.

As a Field Specialist Electrical Line , you will be responsible for:

• Coaching, developing and mentoring junior members of the team to share knowledge and up-skill your team
• Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at well sites
• Assisting onsite at workshop and off-site at wellsite to facilitate wireline logging and completion services
• Overseeing the basic maintenance of equipment to assist in preparing the wireline equipment
• Acting as the primary point of contact to the Customer Representative to coordinate operations at the wellsite
• Executing all responsibilities safely to ensure compliance with Managing Base Operations, Well Operations and Equipment and Logistics manuals

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have an Engineering degree or related subjects with at least 10 years relevant experience as Field Specialist
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
• Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo additional product line training
• Display a customer-focused mindset and have a structured, efficient approach to responding to customer needs
• Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating global teams to deliver multiple, successful customer projects
• Be available to join our team quickly and to work in Indonesia without the need for a visa
• Demonstrate experience with Exploration Logging program
• Show expertise in open-hole and cased-hole wireline logging operations in Deepwater offshore environment
