Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant

We are now looking for ERP consultants that are excited to take on international projects to help clients digitalize their businesses. This is remote work in Indonesia.

:

• Ensure the users are able to use the system and adapt it to their business
• Conduct customer training, implementation, and product support
• Create user training documentation, and effectively communicate them to customers
• Evaluate, identify, and give recommendations regarding the client's application in order to provide the appropriate business solution; and compose it into the sales business proposal, including conducting the presentation and/or demo system to customer
• Perform the application implementation and ensure its process is in accordance with the client's needs and proposed timeline
• Manage and clean client data to be uploaded into the ERP system as the customer's base data
• Gather user requirements to analyse business processes (end-to-end leveling processes) and to create systematic workflow/BPMN

Qualifications & Experience :

• Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Experience in ERP system
• Experience in SQL or other data management technologies
• Min 1 – 2 years of work experience
• Fluent in English is a must
