Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field

Provide and manage training activity plans, materials, and user manuals

Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP implementation

Has experience in Odoo ERP is the most preferred

Special interest in accounting & finance, business process optimization, and business software

Lead the onsite ERP and/or HCM implementation process and become an agent of change

- Experience in ERP system especially module Finance, Accounting, and reporting

- Min 2 years experience in ERP system

- Gathering user requirement to analyse business processes (end to end levelling processes)

- Experience to create flowchart

- Experience in end to end ERP system implementation (standard package ERP)

- Experience in SQL database

Experience in SQL or other data management technologies

Gather user requirements to analyse business processes (end-to-end leveling processes) and to create systematic workflow/BPMN

Manage and clean client data to be uploaded into the ERP system as the customer's base data

Min 1 – 2 years of work experience

Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau

Perform the application implementation and ensure its process is in accordance with the client's needs and proposed timeline

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in all kind ERP system in Bank.

Having knowledge in Java Spring boot / Microservices / Postgree / SQL Server / Redis

Fluent with business process and having good analytical skill.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.

Good team player with the right customer attitude.

Good communication in English both verbal & written.
