About Our Client
Our client is a multinational major company within the oil, gas and mining sector

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments of our engineering systems, identifying vulnerabilities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the design and development process of engineering systems.
• Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures to safeguard our engineering systems from internal and external threats.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in engineering system security.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting forensic analysis and implementing incident response procedures.
• Building data leak prevention and defense security mechanisms.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose effective security solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of engineering systems, including hardware, software, and networking components.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and industry best practices
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and software development life cycle
• Experienced with Data leak prevention/protection, Security Operations and Defense Security (Blue Ocean) in their prior career
• Proven experience in engineering system security, with a focus on threat modeling, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
• Around 2-4 years of experience in related field
• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
