Engineering Manager Jobs

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall technical architecture direction & roadmaps.

- Responsible for managing and coordinating team members.

- Collaborate with teams from various divisions/functions to complete technology-related projects.

- Communicate changes, issues, or updates to the relevant stakeholders.

- Involve in the hiring process & evaluate the team member's performance.

- Guiding and directing team members to achieve the expected target and quality of work.

- Take the steps necessary to guarantee regulatory compliance.

- Provide appropriate operational, management, and technical controls that help mitigate and manage security risks facing software apps, network infrastructure, end users, and the business.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7 years experience in engineering, software development, product development, or related fields.

- Good understanding of technical knowledge (system design, concurrency, and database-based RDBMS)

- Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.

- Has taken a significant leadership role.

- Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees and schedules simultaneously.

- Experience in project management and agile methodology software.

- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively

- Able to run a productive and effective team

- Preference will be given to those with experience in the financial / banking industry.
