Deputy Financial Controller Jobs

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Controller in preparing financial analysis
• Control of the local cost to ensure operational & subsidiary activities in Indonesia in full compliance and within the budget
• Prepare studies and analyses on the budget, Cash Flow and the expenses reports
• Assist timely monthly financial reporting package, such as, P/L, cash-flow forecast, financial statements,
• Assist Financial Controller in preparing HR reports, MOI analysis and internal procedures
• Other missions from financial department
• Control the monthly expense notes, and prepare the reporting
• Collect information from projects in order to establish financial reporting
• Assist Financial Controller in preparing the bank statement, and internal banking system
• Work closely with Financial Controller to optimize financial KPIs
• Control all the accounting operations with external accounting firm including billing, A/R, A/P, GL and cost accounting, revenue recognition and tax declaration
• Manage Petty Cash, prepare the monthly report and control the details
• Prepare project payments requests documents and follow the collection of payments
• Collaborate in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and reports variances

Qualifications

• Perfect Knowledge of Indonesian HR rules
• Perfect Knowledge of Excel
• Adhesion to the Ellipse Projects’ code of conduct
• Perfect Knowledge of accounting and cost accounting
• Perfect Knowledge of English
• Indonesian Citizen
• Experience in Project Finance, Tax and Accounting
• Bachelor Degree from Reputable University
• Knowledge of the tax system in the country
• Stress and deadline management
