Our Consumer division have been engaged by a well-established Alcohol Beverage company who wish to appoint a new Cost Accounting Manager to be based in Bali. Responsibilities

• Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes
• Managing the budgeting process and forecasting financial performance
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Supervising the finance and accounting team and ensuring the accuracy of their work
• Preparing financial reports and statements for management and external stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining relationships with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring that financial controls are in place to mitigate risks and prevent fraud
• Overseeing and managing the financial and accounting operations of the company

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Strong knowledge of COGS, accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions
• Experience with cashflow projection and accounting software
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting management role in the Manufacturing sector
