Lead Cost Manager Jobs

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting management role in the Manufacturing sector

Preparing financial reports and statements for management and external stakeholders

Strong knowledge of COGS, accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Supervising the finance and accounting team and ensuring the accuracy of their work

Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di sebagai supervisor finance accounting (tidak menerima kandidat yang belum pernah memimpin tim)

Menghitung Harga Pokok Produksi (manufaktur)

Mengecek kelengkapan dokumentransaksi keuangan sesuai prosedur (contoh: bon, bukti penerimaan barang, invoice, PIB)

Monitor dan membuatlaporan hutang dan piutang

Monitormutasi bank dan rekonsiliasikas & bank di Accurate

Memastikan kewajiban perpajakan setiap transaksi keuangan terlaksana (contoh: PPH 23)

3 Years Experiences in RPA Projects (as UIPath / IBM RPA Developer and Solution Architects)

Supervise and assist team members on meeting the department/divisions deliverables

Attend meetings with various departments to assist in the resolution of budget issues

Weekly report with Department Head regarding accomplishments, conflicts and other issues

Able to conduct Training and Coaching for junior developer provided by client

Able to design and execute best practices RPA coding structures for long term implementation in the client environment
